I can't believe I broke an hour! I worked with Tom to improve my 10K race time. Tom created a personalized program, provided feedback, and made the process enjoyable. He provided customized workouts that were specific to my strengths and weaknesses. These personalized training sessions served as perfect preparation for the race. He was flexible (life happens, right?) but always positive and encouraging. He is a constant part of my fitness journey.
